A naturist yoga activity constitutes an exceptional relaxation allowing to evacuate stress and tiredness. You will be able to learn to master several postures in a large place offering an adequate distance between the participants.

• Located near the Crémazie Metro in the Villeray district of Montreal
• Parking in the surrounding streets

This activity takes place during the day on Sunday between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Pricing

Taxes are included in the prices. For the 6 weekly sessions of 90 minutes:

Adult 31 and over: $150
Couple 31 and over: $280
Adult 18-30 years old: $100
Couple 18-30 years old: $185

Registration is required. Please click here to register. A minimum of 8 participants is required. The maximum number of participants admitted is 16 people.

You need to bring a yoga mat, a large towel and sandals.
