A naturist yoga session offers exceptional relaxation, allowing you to relieve stress and fatigue. You will learn to master various postures in a comfortable setting that provides adequate physical distancing between participants.

This beautiful yoga center offers the following features:

• Large room with appropriate physical distancing for a naturist setting
• Located 1.5 km east of the Mont-Royal Metro station
• Parking is available in the surrounding streets, and there are paid parking meters directly across from the studio.

Dates

Consult the CNGM calendar. The activity will begin once we have received sufficient registrations.

This activity will take place on Monday evenings between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Pricing

Taxes are included in the prices. For the 5 weekly sessions of 60 minutes:

Adult 31 and over: $140
Couple 31 and over: $280
Adult 18-30 years old: $110
Couple 18-30 years old: $220

Registration is required. Please click here to register. A minimum of 12 participants is required. The maximum number of participants admitted is 16 people.

Further information

You will need to bring a yoga mat, a small rigid cushion and a towel.
